Refund and Returns Policy

🛍️ Return & Exchange Terms

  • Products purchased from Phulankrut are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Hygiene Clause: We reserve the right to reject returns if the product appears to be used, washed, or soiled.
  • Sale/Discounted Products:
    • A ₹100 charge applies for return/replacement of sale items.
    • For items under special offers (e.g., ₹999/- combo or orders below ₹349/-), a ₹150 return/replacement charge applies.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns or exchanges are allowed only once per order. For a second exchange, a processing fee of ₹100 will be charged.
  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

🔁 Return/Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email your order details to phulankrutcare@gmail.com (use your actual support email).
  2. Alternatively, WhatsApp us at +91-9860379926 with product images (especially for damaged or defective items).
  3. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup if your pin code is serviceable.
  4. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you can self-ship the item.
