2. Product Customization

  • Phulankrut provides custom printing services as per the customer’s submitted design.
  • Once the design is confirmed by the customer, no changes will be accepted post order confirmation.
  • Customers must review spelling, placement, colors, and all design details before final submission.

3. Design Ownership and Legal Responsibility

  • If you place an order with your own design (image, logo, slogan, artwork, etc.), you affirm that you own the rights to use that design or have proper authorization to use it.
  • Phulankrut is a printing service only and does not verify ownership or copyright of submitted content.
  • In case of any intellectual property infringement, copyright violations, or legal disputes, the person who submitted the design will be solely responsible.
  • By placing an order, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold Phulankrut harmless from any legal action or liability arising from unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material.
  • Phulankrut shall not be named or involved in any such legal proceedings, as we act purely as a service provider.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is completed or accepted via COD.
  • Orders with personalized content cannot be canceled once they are in production.
  • Phulankrut reserves the right to cancel any order due to technical, legal, or availability issues.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
  • Payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, and COD (where available).
  • COD orders may attract additional service fees.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days, depending on the location.
  • Delivery delays due to courier services or external circumstances are not the responsibility of Phulankrut.
  • Ensure your delivery details are accurate to avoid issues.

7. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
  • Custom-printed items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
  • All items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

8. Intellectual Property of Phulankrut

  • All content, designs, logos, images, and trademarks on the website are owned by Phulankrut or licensed to us.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
  • Submit any offensive, obscene, or infringing content.
  • Misrepresent yourself or provide false information.

10. Indemnification

  • Phulankrut is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
  • We strive for accuracy, but cannot guarantee that all product descriptions or colors are completely error-free.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
